Pak Rumi Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Platform Users

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pak Rumi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pak Rumi website located at pakrumi.bet, including all associated games, products, promotions, and services offered through the platform. These Terms apply to every user who accesses or uses any part of Pak Rumi, whether as a registered member or a visitor.

• You must be a natural person (an individual, not a company or organisation) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Pak Rumi. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any of it changes.
• Notify Pak Rumi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Pak Rumi may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. KYC documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation that the payment account you are using is registered in your name.

Accounts found to contain false information are subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances. Pak Rumi does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

4. Deposits

Pak Rumi accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer (all scheduled Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard (Pakistani-issued cards only)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card deposits. Pak Rumi does not charge any fees on deposits. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits credit instantly; bank transfers and card deposits typically process within 5 to 15 minutes.

You agree that all funds deposited into your Pak Rumi account belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. Pak Rumi does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. The name on your payment account must match the name on your Pak Rumi account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet withdrawals and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Pak Rumi charges no withdrawal fees.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the one-time KYC verification described in Section 3. After successful verification, subsequent withdrawals are processed at standard platform speeds: 5 to 20 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; 10 to 25 minutes for NayaPay and SadaPay; 1 to 4 business hours for IBFT bank transfers.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending additional verification in the following circumstances:

• The account has not previously completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount is substantially larger than the player's typical transaction history.
• There is a pending dispute, investigation, or complaint relating to the account.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated from wagering activity that meets the applicable bonus wagering requirements can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Pak Rumi offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free rounds, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply across all Pak Rumi promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly for each bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Pak Rumi and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games including live dealer tables and poker variants.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
